PEMISKINAN TERHADAP KORUPTOR DI INDONESIA PERSPEKTIF HUKUM POSITIF DAN HUKUM PIDANA ISLAM

The problem of this research is the problem of the proliferation of corrupt behavior which always continues without stopping. As a result of this impact, many injustices occur. Because, even though sanctions have been imposed on the perpetrators, they do not deter them. Due to this problem, the idea of impoverishment sanctions against corrupt actors emerged as one of the deterrent effects that we wanted to provide which still reaps the pros and cons. From that, next: How is the Impoverishment of Corruptors in Indonesia from a Positive Legal Perspective? and How is the Impoverishment of Corruptors in Indonesia Perspective of Islamic Criminal Law?. This researcher used the content analysis method. Content analysis is defined as a technique of collecting and analyzing the contents of a text. Corruption is not only limited to harming state finances or the state's economy, but also includes harming society or individuals. Therefore, in positive law the formula can be grouped, namely, offenses that can harm finances. state or state economy, bribery offense, embezzlement offense, extortion offense. counterfeiting offense. From the results of this research, regarding the impoverishment of corruptors in positive law, if the defendant has been proven to have committed corruption and has received a decision from the court which has permanent legal force, then the impoverishment of corruptors from a positive legal perspective can be enforced. Meanwhile, the impoverishment of corruptors in Islamic criminal law can be said to fall into the category of takzir, in this case the judge is the one who has the authority to choose a punishment that is appropriate to the circumstances of the perpetrator's criminal act. Thus, impoverishing corruptors from an Islamic criminal law perspective can also be implemented.

In every implementation of a program in a village, of course a village head is required to be a central figure who can mobilize, direct and also provide solutions to every problem encountered during the program implementation process, so that the implemented program can completed well and obtained satisfactory results. From data analysis it is known that in every program implementation process in the village there are five important roles that must be carried out, including the role of a leader, coordinator and communicator, as well as a supervisor, as well as the person responsible for implementing the program. However, in carrying out his role, the Village Head is not free from the weaknesses inherent in him, these weaknesses include poor communication which can be seen from the way the Village Head is accustomed to conveying directions only through his staff/trustees, and also the lack of supervision carried out by the Village Head during the implementation process, which can be seen from the minimal number of visits made by the Village Head to go to the field to directly observe the program implementation process during the program implementation process in the field.

This research aims to determine the urgency of the prospective bride and groom course, the preparations made by couples who are getting married.

This research is a normative critical study using literal data collection techniques or based on literature, primary reference materials on the Marriage Law and also the KHI. The primary secondary data sources are in the form of various literature studies such as sources from verified books, verified journals, opinions of scholars, or experts who are closely related to the main discussion of the study in this research.

The results of this research show three main aspects: physical, emotional and spiritual. Aspects of physical preparation, considering maintaining physical condition as an integral part of marriage readiness. The aspect of emotional balance is an important key to ensuring a couple's psychological readiness to face the dynamics of marriage. Meanwhile, the spiritual aspect is explored by balancing emotional and spiritual intelligence, including an understanding of values, beliefs and spiritual wisdom that can form a strong basis for a sustainable and meaningful married life. Providing an in-depth view of the readiness of couples getting married from a physical, emotional and spiritual perspective, as well as providing a foundation for the development of a holistic marriage preparation program, providing in-depth insight into how prospective bride and groom courses can be improved to more effectively equip couples with adequate knowledge and skills, and increase sustainability and happiness in marriage.

The study aims to determine the influence of motivation and quality of human resources (HR) on the performance of the Family Hope Program (PKH) of the Ministry of Social Affairs in East Lampung Regency. It is suspected that the motivation and quality of human resources (HR) affect purchasing decisions. The study used quantitative research methods, as for the 110 respondents used on a Likert scale, using the SPSS Version 16.0 to produce multiple linear regression analysis. The result is that motivation and the quality of human resources (HR) have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions.

The purpose of marriage is to form a family that is harmonious, full of love and blessings. One of the consequences of divorce is the division of joint assets, which can be a source of conflict if both parties cannot resolve it peacefully. Therefore, the presence of a third party, such as the Religious Court, is required as mediation. The Religious Court is an institution tasked with enforcing Islamic law regarding marriage, inheritance, wills and gifts. Judges, as implementers of legal decisions, are influenced by internal factors, such as knowledge and emotions, as well as external factors, such as evidence and legal considerations. Objective decisions are based on facts and legal considerations, with the Panel of Judges having adequate knowledge of the case. The distribution of joint assets in the Religious Courts does not only follow the rules in the Compilation of Islamic Law, such as half the assets for each party, but can also take other alternatives according to the decision of the Panel of Judges. Thus, Religious Courts reflect the complexity of society and the need for law enforcement in accordance with Islamic principles in the context of marriage and divorce.
