To support the further development of this journal by providing improved services—such as DOI assignment, hosting, domain management, regular website maintenance, and the process of applying for journal accreditation—JOMI (Jurnal Organisasi dan Manajemen Indonesia) will implement a publication fee policy starting in 2025. The following terms will apply:

1. Article Submission Fee: Rp. 0.00 (no charge)

2. Normal Publication Fee: Rp. 100,000 – payable after the article successfully passes the peer-review process

3. Fast Track Publication Fee: Rp. 150,000 – for authors who request an accelerated review process

4. Article Withdrawal Fee: Rp. 250,000 – The withdrawal fee applies if authors withdraw their manuscript after the review or editorial process has begun. This fee is intended to cover the administrative and evaluation processes that have already been carried out by the editors and reviewers.
